• The outlet e-voucher is only usable in selected Singapore outlets. 

• This e-voucher is not valid at the Raffles Specialist Centre outlet and on the webstore (www.hvala.com.sg). It can only be used at our physical stores located at 111 Somerset, Odeon 333 & Takashimaya S.C.

• After checkout, the e-voucher code will be sent to you via email within 3 working days from order confirmation.

• To redeem the outlet voucher, enter the promocode on the self-ordering QR code in-stores. Prompt will come out just before making payment for the order.

• Each promo code can only be used on a single receipt.

• The promo code is one-time use only. Any amount not spent will not be returned.
