Genmai (Roasted Brown Rice)

Made using the Japanese glutinous rice instead of the more commonly used regular white rice, this genmai has a fragrant aroma that lingers on the palate. Perfect for sprinkling on rice, baking and even brewing into a warm caffeine-free rice tea. Also used in our genmaicha lattes.
